The important partners in the selling process
Finding a Lending Partner
One of the most crucial steps in the home buying process is securing a pre- approval letter from a local lending partner. After gathering some key information from you, my mortgage partners
can provide you with:
- An approved price range
- Calculation of your monthly mortgage payment
- An overview of types of loans that fit your needs
- A letter to accompany your offer stating your approved price range
- Guidance throughout the loan process

Would you like a MLS Portal?
What's that?
A MLS Portal is a private portal where you can view homes that fall into your specified criteria as soon as they hit the market.
While viewing homes in your portal, you can “heart” homes that you like, or select the “flashlight” icon for possibilities. This is a way for me to get a feel for what you like. At any point that you want to begin touring homes, just let me know. It’s a great way to see what’s on the market in your price range so you can make an educated offer when the time comes.
