Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Chesterfield County, VA.
When I decided to sell my home of 14 years in Bon Air, I literally did not know where to start. I contacted a couple of real estate agent acquaintances, and came away feeling quite negative about what I was up against. On a whim, I contacted Jenn Hart, which turned out to be the most fortunate chance I have ever taken. From the very beginning, Jenn showed a rock solid POSITIVE, take-charge attitude wrapped in a package of calm and compassion. She was never cowed by my doubts and flip floppiness, showed a remarkable astuteness in understanding what I needed and where I was going, and was by my side as much as a close friend would be. On top of all that she knew what she was doing. She is a smart, well-educated woman of the world, and she has great perspective on architecture, locations, living space, and home values. She helped me evaluate what needed to be done to my house to ready it for the market, and even sent a professional "stager" as an added bonus. She walked me through every step of the process, explaining what was happening and what was going to happen. She sold my house in 3 days, was a crack negotiator and got me my asking price. She set me up with a mortgage company to prepare for the purchase of my next home, and was there with me every step of the way as we embarked on that search. She made the process of house hunting as much an adventure as anything else. She was able to read my needs with uncanny intuition. She negotiated the purchase of my new home, and made the close process go as smoothly as possible, and I am now happily moved in to a new place. I have worked with a few real estate agents in my time and none of them have come close to Jenn in terms of professionalism, knowledge, availability and much needed support. Anybody who needs a real estate agent could not go wrong with Jenn Hart. She is the best.

Jen did an amazing job helping us sell our home! Her expertise and knowledge of the market, along with her kindness and professionalism made the process smooth and efficient. What i really admired the most from Jen, was the bi-lateral communication we had throughout the whole process. She too not only did her job, but cared along the process aiding and guiding us with any question, concerns and clarifications we needed. I highly highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a realtor that will wholeheartedly help you and care for you.

Sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Henrico, VA.
I contacted Jenn because I saw how quickly she sold a house in my neighborhood. Jenn did not disappoint! My house sold in less than 24 hours (Short Pump area)! She provided additional staging materials free of charge and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. She worked around my schedule and always scheduled appointments around my availability. She has even followed up with me months after my sale! I would highly recommend her!

I can not say enough great things about Jenn! We were in a crunch to sell our home and move across the country to Arizona. She was quick to get the photographer over and her response time was amazing!! Our house sold in less than 8 hours and she was there every step!

I cannot say enough good things about Jenn. As first time home buyers, she walked my fiancée and I through the entire process from start to finish and was available any time we needed her. She took the time every step of the way to walk us through what to expect and give us multiple options as to how we could proceed, and we always felt as if she was looking out for our best interests. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made what we expected to be a stressful process so memorable and enjoyable. It truly felt as if we working with a friend, and not a realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

When a friend referred us to Jenn, she said she was "THE BEST" and boy, did Jenn prove that to be true. We LOVE Jenn. She is personable, knowledgeable, HIGHLY resourceful, and responsive. When you have monumental decisions to make, like buying a home, you want to be in capable hands. We always knew we were. Jenn knows real estate...and if there is anything she doesn't know, she has an amazing network that will provide the answers. Jenn cares about one thing...YOU having complete peace of mind as you buy your home. I can't say enough good things about working with her. So glad we chose her.
