The real estate market is incredibly competitive right now and having a realtor who knows her stuff was crucial to buying our dream home! She is very knowledgeable about the Richmond area and housing market. We moved to Richmond a couple of years ago knowing nothing about the lay of the land. When we decided to buy we hired Jenn and from her first vist to our home this past January we could tell we made a fantastic decision to hire her. She definitely knows the Richmond area and steered us in the right direction. She stayed on top of things sending us homes to think about online and kept in touch.
